Coach Monica transformed her life in 2017 when she realized she had reached her breaking point. She weighed 250 pounds and was overwhelmed with anxiety and depression. One evening, her son asked the family to go to the local Amusemmt Park. She froze because she knew she was too big for the rides. That moment was the moment that forever changed her life. She took action and lost over 120 pounds and has kept it off!
She decided she wanted to dedicate the rest of her life to helping others do the same, and runs a thriving health coaching practice.
