The house is one block from the bus stop and within walking distance to Houston’s METRO Rail. A Kroger grocery store is only one block away.
The Heritage House offers two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and exterior doors to the front porch, back patio and from each bedroom onto the side porch.
A single car garage is included with room to park a second car outside of the garage and inside the wrought iron fence. The iron fence encloses the property on the two street sides and a wood fence completes the enclosure between the adjoining properties. A remote control electric gate allows for access from the street to the garage. The walk gates on both street sides can be opened using a keypad code. The front and back doors to the house have combination entry locks.
The deck between the house and garage provides a place to enjoy sitting outside and is a great area for relaxing.
