Identical twins that paint fun, whimsical art & animal portraits in acrylics, and watercolor. Audrey Benedict and Annette Broy are identical twins and both Registered Nurses. Annette Broy received her ayurvedic practitioner degree after getting discouraged with the medical profession that focused on disguising the issues with medication and not curing the problem. This led her to her business Dragonfly Ayurveda that she started before COVID hit. When lockdowns were implemented, she was forced to shut down her Ayurveda and Yoga studio and went to online counseling, she was having great success until FB and YouTube shut her down for encouraging health and wellness and alternative options for wellness. She had spent thousands of dollars advertising with FB along with hundreds of hours of educational materials that were lost.
After this devastating event happened with Annettes’ business, we got together and decided that we should start painting again to relieve stress and bring happiness into a gloom and doom environment. After all, who doesn’t smile when they see a funky purple llama or a happy yellow dog?
Our goal is to bring a smile to your face when you walk in the door from the chaos of life. Let’s face it, life is stressful. If we can create a work of art or a pet portrait that makes you feel good when you look at it, we have accomplished our goal.
