Victory Hill Studio is housed in an 1857 Italianate victorian home owned by Kip and Debbie Finley.
Debbie specializes in pet portraits! (dogs, cats, cows, goats or anything else you consider a pet)
She especially LOVES to capture the expressive “essence” of the pet in the portraits she is commissioned to paint.
A pet portrait starts at $250 for an 8×10 unframed, but painted all the way around the canvas so it can be hung.
A deposit of half the total is needed BEFORE work begins.
When finished, the BALANCE IS DUE AS WELL AS ANY SHIPPING COSTS.

The portrait can be uploaded to the site (by Debbie) and items such as mugs, tote bags, notebooks, puzzles and much more can be ordered if the portrait is of appropriate size for the items.
In addition to pet portraits, Debbie also paints murals for both residential and corporate locations and she illustrates children’s books.
