My personal history with health crises of the autoimmune variety and overcoming them using REAL food, has informed what I am able to share with others today.

Along the way, I was introduced to simple 3-step system that has improved my mental clarity, reduced my cravings for junk, reduced the few aches and pains I had, upped my desire to maintain a consistent fitness routine, reduced my inflammation, and increased my energy level.
